Welcome to Bigfoot Trailers PH. By accessing our website, configuring quotes, or initiating orders, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions, which integrate requirements from our corporate sales and delivery acceptance agreements.
Our website allows customers (and authorized AI agents acting on their behalf) to request custom configurations and generate quotes. All quotes generated through the website are estimates based on standard material costs and specifications. Official binding prices are finalized only on the formal PDF invoice issued by our team.
Orders are locked into our manufacturing queue only after the customer signs the transaction contract agreement and executes the initial deposit or full bank transfer according to the details provided on the invoice.
Bigfoot Trailers PH reserves the right to substitute equivalent components, hardware, appliances, tires, axles, lighting, couplers, electrical components, finishes, or materials where necessary due to supply chain limitations, availability issues, discontinuation, or manufacturing constraints, provided such substitutions do not materially reduce the intended functionality of the Trailer.
Customers acknowledge that custom-built trailers may contain minor cosmetic variations, fabrication marks, weld variations, dimensional tolerances, alignment tolerances, paint variations, surface imperfections, finish inconsistencies, hardware substitutions, component substitutions, or other non-structural differences inherent in custom manufacturing and fabrication processes. Such conditions shall not constitute defects, breaches, grounds for rejection, withholding of payment, refusal of delivery, or cancellation of the transaction, provided the Trailer remains substantially consistent with the agreed functional specifications and intended use.
Customers acknowledge that they are not relying upon verbal statements, estimates, opinions, demonstrations, sketches, renderings, photographs, marketing materials, social media content, or representations not expressly contained within the written sales agreement. All images, 3D renderings, and media displayed on the website are either CGI (computer-generated imagery) or for illustrative purposes only, and may not represent the exact finished trailer configuration. Minor differences between renderings, reference images, prototypes, sample photographs, and the completed Trailer shall not constitute defects or grounds for rejection.
The Customer is responsible for inspecting the trailer prior to delivery or pickup. Acceptance of delivery, removal of the Trailer from Seller’s premises, use of the Trailer, or authorization of transport constitutes final acceptance of the Trailer’s condition, workmanship, specifications, and configuration unless a written defect notice is provided to Seller prior to departure from Seller’s premises.
Towing and operation of trailers require active safety compliance. By accepting these terms, you acknowledge and agree that:
Bigfoot Trailers PH, its owners, officers, employees, and agents shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, traffic violations, accidents, injuries, or property damage arising from website use, trailer operation, custom third-party modifications, improper loading practices, or delays in manufacturing.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms, the website, or the sale of a Trailer shall be brought exclusively before the proper courts of Davao City, Philippines, to the exclusion of all other venues.
